My day with Cate. So Saturday July 7th I took Cate for the day Shane is still in the hospital after his heart surgery and Danielle and Dave are rotating through there. So today was about Cate and I. I decided to take her up to Sonoma to Train Town. Well Cate was really felling riding the train at first. So we walked the property and after twenty minutes had to leave because if your not riding the train there isn’t that much more to do. So we went to the park in Sonoma and Cate played in the sand box while I got on my phone to try and find something else fun to spend our day doing. Bingo only a few miles away if a fun center with miniature golf. Cate has never played before so her and I had a blast being the only ones out there playing. Then we came in and played some video games and won some tickets. Back to the park for some ice cream and a little conversation about trains. Slowly I convinced Cate to ride the trains so we went back to Train Town and road the train. Cate absolutely loved it riding through the area and stopping at the petting zoo. Finally got her back in the car to head back to the city which she slept the whole way. I myself needed a large nap after that great day!
Great Cayman Vacation June 2012. 4 days on the East end. 3 days at the Ritz on Seven Mile Beach then 2 nights at the Marriott. Super relaxing week with the folks. Went diving and saw two Caribbean Reef Sharks within 10 ft. Went to Sting Ray beach. Got my Dad to paddle board and ate yummy food.
Nice gift from client today! Can u say Party! Who’s in :) (Taken with Instagram)
Harpers 2nd Bday at Nate and Kels. Bouncy house in the back. Yummy pizza and great friends. That night we got a fun group to meet at Bloodhound. Tom, Christy, Nate, Kel, Jlo, Hansen, Meghan, Mike G, Kash, Marcus, Shannon and a few more. We then headed to Slims to see Tab Benoit. Man that guy can play the guitar!
May 27th babysat Cate, Declan and Shane. Was supposed to do it all on my own but thank goodness Mike, Noushi and Katrina came over to help. That would of been so much trouble if I was on my own.
Made it home for the last half of the Golden Gate Bridge 75th anniversary fireworks. Amazing fireworks show. Best I’ve ever seen.
Tonight I take off to the Cayman Islands….stay tuned for that :)
What a Day!! Started out making Gatorade cocktails, picked-up Jared and had a great morning walk to catch the Van ness bus. We were supposed to dress as ghetto white trash so really we just threw on last minute whatever we had. At the Bus stop met Adrianne for the first time. Gorgeous and sweet. Rode with her for a while and then we left and picked up with the crowd at 8th and Market. What a fun walk. Ran into Mike Donaldson who led us into a funky house that was like a museum. So much collectables from Travels filled each and every room. Heard a voice I recognized and low and behold Jimmy Borgasano lives next door to this woman and it was so nice to catch up. Was lucky enough to bump into Adrianne again at Alamo Park. By now it’s maybe 10am and sure enough we needed food. Made a pit stop who knows where and had philly cheese steaks that Jared thought would be better if we added fried mozzarella sticks to it. So good at the time, disgusting now!!
The journey continued with my buddy Jared and we rocked it. Saw the beautiful British Guard Selinda in the Pan Handle for a quick hello and shot of Don Julio her favorite drink. Saw Nick and Julie And then we heard the Music!! Here comes Mike G with Stereo blasting from the back of his bike. Holding Mason with a huge crowd following him. We got the party going and had the best dance / walk to 70’s beats all the way through Golden Gate Park to the water at Ocean Beach. The BEST!! Love Bay to Breakers and it’s even better with a small mobile group (remember that)!!!
Back to Back Bachelor parties was rough. Got in to Hermosa on Thursday. Did a little Happy Hour on my own. Miles, Tim, Michelle Betts and Ben got in and we headed to Sharkies. Met a Monte Vista girl who graduated in 2008 and proceeded to ask the moswt awful questions on life that I the old guy should know. Next day saw Shi and Krystal for brunch and caught up on Shi’s possible move to the city. Krystals new house and life. Love seeing those girls. Got the house the next day right on the strand. The boys rolled in and we proceeded to have a Rock Star Guitar Hero weekend. Saturday dance party with DJ Brett Elliot. Sunday the crew left and Michelle Ceja, Ben and I went and saw Jay Leno. So funny!!!
Yes!! Mike G’s sailing crew has started. First training sail was from Alameda to SF. Got a little lesson in jibes, and the verbiage. Next night Wednesday night had our first race and took 5th of 14. Fast forward to the next week and took 2nd of 12 on the most beautiful night ever. Loving sailing, racing, learning and most of all hanging with my buddies on the boat and after at the club.

Couldn’t of asked for a better weekend and I know Jamal had the best time. $7,500 in cash playing BlackJack. Tom Barnes and the magic chocolates. Dueling Pianos, Pink House, Foundation Room dance off and first class on the way home!
